I dont know why I still get upset when the UN fails to take even the most minimal action in order to prevent death, destruction and the tyranny of man.

And who voted neigh? Russia & China (veto states), Libya (who let them in the SC??), South Africa (WTF!!!), and Vietnam. Oh, and Indonesia abstained, exemplifying the moral backbone of ASEAN.
